I agree. Just because the questions "should have been" answered somewhere in training, apparently, they weren't. Where else can people turn to for answers when they are trying to learn. I don't consider this junk or garbage mail - there are no stupid questions except the ones that are not asked.

OK.....i understand about the subject lines. But i have been studying and working very hard at preparing myself for the exam this summer....I do appreciate every little bit of help that i have received and don't take any of it for granted.
