I'm actually doing BrDu with a zinc based fixative (that I hate) but staining is good. Contact me and I'll forward you the particulars.

I have been told that there are problems using our formaldehyde substitute
with BrDu staining. I hate going back to the evil stuff.
Is anyone doing BrDu with a substitute that works?
