Cryostat decontamination

Why should you decontaminate your cryostat?  Let the durn thing do the work itself while you sleep.  See the attached link.

Subject: [Histonet] Cryostat decontamination

In the last few months there have been a few procedures posted on the Net for cryostat decontamination.  I thought that I had saved the procedure and I may have, but I cannot put my hands on it.  Would someone be so kind to re-post the procedure please.

Thank you
