[Histonet] freezing bones

From:"Garry Ashton"

Dear all,
After fixing and decalcifying some mouse bones, does anybody have experience at the best way to freeze the tissue down.
Is simply a sucrose gradient, followed by snap freezing in liquid N2 adequate?
Any advice and tips greatly appreciated.
