To All,
     I think I see a possible  source for this problem of repeating messages. It might not be a person, but a repeater program in the servers some of you use. It might be 
a bit buggy, in that it sends a message, and then sends it several more times because it hasn't recognized that it has already sent the message. If you are 
experiencing this problem, call your internet provider and inform them of the problem. They should be able to correct it. I hope this is of some help.
