Dear Histonetters

One of my colleagues is currently trying to develop ISH within our lab to
help distinguish subtypes of rhabdomyosarcomas using probes to the PAX 3 and
PAX 7 genes. Our supply of probes has not materialised, as I would have
hoped.

My question is therefore in 3 parts

1.                 Does anyone have any experience of using probes for Pax3
and Pax7 genes?
2.                 Does anyone have a gene sequence for the probes?
3.                 Does anyone know of a source where I can get the probes
made, which is hopefully CE marked and compliant with the new European In
vitro Diagnostics Directive.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated
