[Histonet] Cut coronary artery

Hi, Histonet.
 
I wonder if anyone has experience cut coronary artery in paraffin blocks?  I cut longitudinally so the tissues very easy to cure on slides.  I want to do image analysis.  The sections have to be very flat.  Any tips wellcome.  Thanks.
