dear histo netters
any one of you can help me in our lab we are having problems with lymph node biopsies. the problem is that that some of our lymph node biopsies are cracked and some become hard. we receive samples from our hospital as well as from other hospitals the samples which we receive from ouside of our hospital have pH of buffered formalin sometimes around 6.0. does this has any effect on these biopsies.
if any one can provide me lymph node biopsy processing and fixing protocol
