this suggestion will not fit your timeframe requirement however I wanted to inform you that the NSH has developed a proficiency program that will be marketed in partnership with the CAP. It is called HistoQIP (histology quality improvement program).

anyone interested in this program needs to subscribe now as the first year subscriptions will be limited to the first 300 labs to sign up.

      Histonetters,

      Does anyone out there do proficiency testing in the histology lab?  And if so would you mind sharing some of your ideas?  We currently are not doing proficiency testing and with CAP coming up my lab manager whats something in place.  I have two weeks from today to "have something in place".  Thanks for your help.
