Joyce,
I use osteopontin from the U of Iowa Hybridoma Bank instead of SC, with
pepsin digestion (premade pepsin from Research Genetics) with good results
on ffpe formic acid decalcified bone.

I have checked the archives and have not found any info to guide me. I am
currently trying to work out the conditions for Santa Cruz
Osteopontin(sc-10591) in paraffin sections of bone (or any other paraffin
tissues). I have tried Antigen Retrieval with Citra and EDTA, Prot K
digestion and no pretreatment, at dilutions of 1:50 and 1:100 and have
gotten no staining at all. The company has no data on paraffin or Frozen
section immunos. Any help is appreciated.
