There
is a good procedure in Bancroft's Theory and Practice of Histological
Techniques. The chapter on Lipids was written by Olga B.Bayliss
High, who wrote the Lipid Histochemisrty Microscopy Handbook #6 from the
Royal Microscopical Society. As I remember I purchased the Nile Blue
Sulfate from Sigma.
