Hello All,

I was wondering if there is anyone out there who could tell me what a hypotonic
HEPES is?
Secondly does anyone have experience with cell type isolation (type II
epithelial cells and myofibroblasts from mouse/ rat lungs using percoll or some
other density gradient system. Would greatly appreciate inputs.
