Anti-Coagulation Factor XIII, A-Subunit, Human Placenta (Rabbit)
We use Calbiochem  catalog # 233502, diluted 1:500 for 1 hour R/T.
I pretreat with Dako's Proteinase K (S3020) for 3 minutes at R/T.
The detection system, I use Envision (Rabbit) for 30 minutes.
