I have a highly cellular CSF which also has more proteinaceous gunk than I
have ever seen .  This gunk is completely screwing up the immuno by turning
everything brown.  Any ideas on how to cure this?  We are thinking of trying
a saline wash before centrifugation.  all ideas are welcome.
