Hello again,
I'm posting this for a colleague who is doing FISH on paraffin sections.  He
would like to know if anyone has experience doing FISH on Bouin's fixed
tissues.  What problems have you encountered and what have you done to
overcome them?  I think he having problems with failures on archival Bouin's
fixed lung.
