I am having a problem keeping tissue on slides when using a high pH (pH 8.0)
Antigen Retrieval Solution. I have found that using polylisine slides work
better than charged slides, and I have tried different drying techniques but
I am still having problems. Any advise you can give me will be greatly
appreciated.
