Hello all,

I'm trying to do a stain on bone cryosections that requires aqueous 
mounting (i.e. with GelMount from Biomeda).  I've been having trouble 
finding a bone counterstain that is stable in water.  Eosin and all 
the "Greens" (Fast green, light green) fade soon after mounting.  Is 
anyone aware of a bone stain/marker that won't fade?  Thanks in 
advance for any help.
