split skins and direct immunofluorescence

From:Kirsty Geard

I have a doctor requesting that we do a split skin on a specimen for direct immunofluorescence. I remeber that you place the specimen in 1M NaCl however I can't remeber how long for. Also do you run a piece that hasn't been treated with NaCl alongside?
