Hi, I am looking for a microglial protocol.  I tried using Isolectin B4, but
can not get it to work. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to "Tweak"
the ISo B4 protocol, or have any other suggestions.  I am staining both rat
and cat tissues.  Any help is greatly appreciated!
