Hi all,

We are going to begin fixing certain specimens (human tumor cells in 96-well
plates as well as tumors that have been grown in mice) in zinc formalin.  To
this point we have been using strictly 10% NBF.

Does anybody have any suggestions as to fixing time, treatment of tissue before
processing, and disposal procedures?

I would appreciate any feedback.  Incidentally, I tried to look up the info on
the archives, but for some reason I kept getting an error message.
