how many do you send out? what are your send -out costs, who has liability on the case, are your pathologists interested, can you get technical and professional billing or global?does your tech staff have an interest or not,are they capable or not,do you have staff to do this new task and to titer antibodies, look at equipment, do you have anyone experienced enough to not be taken in by sales people on this decision?
do not look at this as discouraging, but there are a lot of things to consider, i wish you luck.
