Dear all

This morning a researcher has approached me to ask about feasibility of
immunostaining for leptin / leptin receptor in archival liver biopsy material.

Oh dear.

A quick websearch has identified anti-leptin antibodies for sale through
Polysciences, but they are catalogue-tagged as suited for ELISA / western
blot work.  

Has any listmember worked successfully with commercially available
anti-leptin antibodies in snap-frozen or paraffin-embedded tissue?
