Hey All!

I am having some trouble with our BRDU staining. It is very inconsistent, sometimes staining too dark, sometime too lite, other times staining is just fine. When I first started running these for the investigators I didn't use the controls that came with the kit because they said they knew what the staining should look like, but recently I have been putting a control with each run, and even though it maybe a litle darker or lighter each time,it appears to be staining specifically and consistenly, whether the cases do or don't.

 

Can anyone give me some sort of ideal or insight as to what is going on with this and how to remedy the problem.
