Can anyone send me a protocol for staining osteoblasts with Alkaline
Phosphatase?  I am planning to do this on fixed frozen tissue that is from
young enough mice that I can still section tissue just beginning to
ossify.  Is it as simple as just sectioning the tissue and incubating it
in NBT/BCIP?  Or are there other complexities?
