multiple fluorescent staining

From:"Carlene L. Zindl"

Hello,

I have found the NEN tyramide rhodamine substrate to be great for
amplifying flourescent signals. I would like to try multiple fluorescent
staining with these reagents on spleen sections. The NEN rep mentioned
that it could be done by blocking the previous HRP reaction with a sodium
azide solution. I was wondering if anyone has tried this and may know the
recipe for the sodium azide solution and how long you incubate it with the
tissue section.

Thanks,
