Hello Histonetters,
Does anyone out there know of a source for a Y chromosome specific antibody.
I would like to perform some IHC experiments in this area and have not had
any luck locating a source.
As an alternative I am told this can be performed via FISH. Does anyone have
a working protocol for Y chromosome via FISH they are willing to share.
