I just called the 800 number for ASCP - you will need to ask for customer 
service.  I was wrong.  The first printing of the 2nd edition of the BOR 
Study Guide has sold out and it is being reprinted.  They expect it about 
November 1st.  As a matter of interest, they are hoping to get it on the web 
site in test format in the near future.  For a fee, you will be able to get 
it on the internet.  I do not have any more information than that at this 
time.
