Well, it's been suspected for years that Crohn's disease (regional enteritis) 
of the human intestine was a mycobacterial disease, because of its often 
granulomatous inflammatory response, but I think this point remains far from 
clear. I'm not sure this finding has had very great acceptance yet. Can you 
provide more information?
