We obtain the best results with this antibody using it with a citrate
pressure cook retrieval at 1:25 overnight incubation in the frig, LSAB+
detection. We use a fetal limb as a positive control. Whenever testing a new
antibody we do a variety of pretreatments and titers. Hope this helps. If
