We to have the same problem with the iron on the aspirate smear and the
clot with the control always being positve.  We do not  do Irons on the
bone marrow biopsy.   Seems so far all I see are replies dealing with
decal.  Since we do not decal the aspirate smear or the clot  I don't
think decal is  the problem.
