Hi Shannon
We are using Novocastra's clone 13H6 on FFPE, works like a charm - if you
are using HIER. HIER in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 is okay, but we get
better results using a somewhat strange retrieval 'buffer', which is 100 mM
Tris - 5% Urea, pH 9.5; microwave. Working conc. for the antibody is 1 ug
Ig/ml (ask your supplier to provide the lot-specific Ig concentration when
you order; Novocastra has it and will provide the information upon request -
other companies do the same without the customer having to beg for it ...).
