Betsy, you might try spinning them down in warm agar, letting the button
solidify, tapping it out of the tube and embedding it "point" down.  You
might also want to tint the cells a little with hematoxylin or eosin so as
to better visualize them when sectioning.

Hi all,
I have received stem cells suspended in DMEM. They wanted to spin it down,
remove the pellet, process it for paraffin , embed and stain. Never having
dealt with suspension cells I could use any advice.
