Hi Linda,

I can tell how we used to stain for MyoD1 (we have since switched to
Myogenin).  We used Myo D1 from NeoMarkers at 1:30 for 32" incubation on
Ventana automated instruments. Our pretreatment was 4" in Biocare's Nuclear
DeCloaker in Biocare's DeCloaking chamber.  We further amplified the primary
antibody signal with Ventana's amplification kit (rabbit X mouse IgG
followed by mouse X rabbit IgG).

I saw a note several weeks ago requesting help with MyoD1 but never saw any
responses.  I am now in the process of attempting to get it to work.  If
anyone has any insite to this antibody I sure would appreciate it.  I am
using FFPE tissue and NovaCastra antibody.
