Hi all. Need some advice - I am currently using the dystrohin antibodies
from Novocastra on frozen muscle sections (looking for Duchenne - Becker
muscular dystrophy) and they work awesome but my pathologist would like to
change antibodies so we can use the FFPE blocks. Now here is where my
problem is - I always thought  that that using the frozen blocks for this
was preferable as formalin fixation is not the greatest for preservation -
True or not? 
You know the old adage - If it ain't broke - Don't fix it.  Anyone out there
using the FFPE antibody? Any help much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
