I am sure that this has been addressed hered before, but I don't remember when.
Does anyone know exactly how decalcification of, say a bone marrow core biopsy
would affect the antigens in the tissue?  And how would that affect the IHC
procedure?  And what types of antigen retrieval would be appropriate?  Thanks
for your help.
