microwave histoprocessing

From:Debbie Pepperal

Hi histonetters

I have been using the Milestone Mega T/T microwave labstation , although
there were a few initial teething problems such as reproducibilty and
overcooking of the tissue, we have produced rather good results. There are
many variables to consider, the size of the tissue being the most
important, followed by the constant time at temperature when the tissues
are irradiated.
Fixation of the tissue is critical (known fact) to obtain optimal processing.
If i could be of any assistance, please contact me.
