message from NAACLS

From:"Hoye, Glenda F. (Fka Hood)"

Allen Turner from the NAACLS office has asked me to pass along a message to
the people he visited with at NSH. So that I don't get any of his comments
incorrect, I've just lifted them from his e-mail to this one.

On another note ... if you're on any HT listserves ... would you be kind
enough to post that I'm hoping folks who met me in Charlotte and asked me to
send them materials will bear with me and continue to be patient for a
little longer? I have not forgotten about them and will be getting their
stuff out to them. However, our board of directors three-day meeting was two
days after I got back from Charlotte, and I spent most of those two days
tending to things that came up during my absence. Then I was tied up in the
board meeting. And since the board meeting I've been completely buried
getting things done that were mandated by the board meeting (i.e., getting
folks' accreditation awards ready to go out). And on top of that, I was out
sick for a day! In other words, I'm running extremely behind. If you could,
on my behalf, thank people for their patience and assure them that I will be
getting things out to them as soon as possible, I'd be very appreciative.

Have a good week-end.
