What species are you working in? You don't have enough information here? Human, Mouse,  monkey, type of fixation, length of fixation...what? It is very hard to stain formalin fixed CD4/CD8 in mouse tissues, I don't know about human. These markers are better stained in Frozen tissues. Please don't assume we all work with  Human tissue.

I am looking to stain paraffin embedded tissues for cd4, cd8, cd3,cd28.

If anyone has antibody sources, procedures for this would be greatly appreciated.
