We use the Quicksmart system here. I think that it's waste of time, far
easier to take them off by hand and drop them into a sharps container.
However, we are not allowed to do that, so this system works fine.
I haven't tried other systems so I can't comment on this being better that
any others, but it is a perfectly good system.
