Barry,
I want to stain germ cells for the acrosome. I wish to identify the
spermeiogenesis steps and acrosomal development and position are used as
markers to identify the different steps. I know of PAS as one stain that
can be used. Can Fuelgen be used too? Please let me know. 
Also, do you do IHC on rat testis section? I have been unsuccessfull so far with all the antibodies
that I have used using a basic protocol but I am unable to determine
whether my protocol is not correct or the antibodies are not good.
