Dear Gina,
I think you mean "Saffran" (saffron) du Gatinais. I remember using
ordinary saffron - the sort that is used for cooking. I then managed
to source some through Sigma. Both were very expensive. If you
look at Brian Llewellyn's website www.members.pgonline.com,
you'll find a very user-friendly recipe (thanks Peggy for this grreat
website!)
