This cover article (by Karen Titus I think - I don't have my copy with me on 
the road) should be read by every medical histotechnologist. You can borrow a 
copy from anyone in your lab that the CAP can identify as a Manager, and it 
is possible that the CAP deigns to send one to your pathologist also. (They 
take real good care of us.) - It does not paint an optimistic picture. Low 
pay scales are making it almost impossible to recruit people into the field. 
It appears that the situation is hopeless but not serious.
