RE: need buffer "recipe"
Kreb's/Henseleit buffered salt solution is made up as follows from a
quite old recipe:-
0.9%Sodium Chloride (0.154M) .............. 94parts
1.15% Potassium chloride (0.154M) ............... 4parts
1.22% Calcium chloride (0.11M) .................. 3parts
2.11% Potassium dihydrogen phosphate (0.154M) 1part
3.82% Magnesium sulphate (0.154M) ................. 1part
1.42% Disodium hydrogen phosphate (0.1M) ......13parts
1.3% Sodium bicarbonate (0.154M) .................14parts
