RE: Double-labeling with Zymed Histostain DS Kit

From:Jenny Oblander

There was an excellent workshop given at the NSH this year by Chris van der
Loos on double and triple staining methods. His slides were the best I have
ever seen. No background, crisp and clear color definition. He has a book
out called "Immunoenzyme Multiple Staining Methods" . It is available from
Springer-Velag, NY,www.springer-ny.com and BIOS Scientific Publishers,
Oxford,UK, www.bios.co.uk. If you are doing or going to begin double
staining, this is the book to have. Jenny

Peter,
In the July issue of JOH Donald Van Hecke wrote a brilliant article on
double
labeling using DAKO Envision.
