The Breast Center at Baylor College of Medicine would like to announce the
opening of one full time position for histologic technician or
histotechnologist.

The Breast Center Pathology Core Research Laboratory is a fast growing
state-of-the-art facility that is involved with a variety of exciting
research projects focused on the discovery and evaluation of prognostic and
predictive factors in breast cancer.

All applicants must have basic laboratory skills, above average microtomy
skills, excellent organizational skills, computer proficiency, and an
ability to work well with others to accomplish departmental goals.  Previous
experience in immunohistochemistry is a plus, but is not required.

As a team member, you will receive training in tissue array assembly,
immunohistochemistry, fluorescent in situ hybridization and join a group of
five congenial and highly experienced histotechnologists and lab assistants.
