Thanks. I have some 10% formalin fixed lung tissue
that needs a fat stain. Sudan IV is my dye. After
removal from the formalin, I did cut some sections on
the cryostat to adhesive slides but subsequently lost
the tissue in the staining process. Is there any
suggestions to keep the tissue adhered by a step at
the pre-cryocutting stage or perhaps having to use a
different staining procedure? I would like to get by
with what I have on hand as this probably won't be
requested for another 2 years. Greg Tesdall.
