Fast answer needed

From:Carol Ann Bobrowitz

I am doing some immunohistochemistry.
I get good results with the primary overnight but need to accelerate the
process.

I need an incubation time of 4 hours for the primary antibody.
Which method would give me the staining in this time period?

Incubation @ 37°C or @ 4°C refrigerated?

I know this might not work. I need to know which will give me my best
shot.
Thanks in advance.
