We use DPX extensively in our lab and actually make it ourself! The initial batch is quite thick, but can easily be thinned down with xylene to whatever consistency you like (I prefer it thin, but the boss prefers it thick)! It is very easy to peel off the excess from around the coverslip when dried. Tracey Tracey Gunn Histology Service Unit University of Otago Dunedin New Zealand Phone: (03) 479 7152 Fax: (03) 479 7136
