biotin blocks, in large volume
From: | Gayle Callis <uvsgc@msu.oscs.montana.edu> |
Have never seen it in large lots, but you could make it up yourself with
reagents from Sigma. D-Biotin, 0.01% in buffer and avidin or strepavidin
(Elias book) 0.1% in buffer.
I am not sure I would like to reuse these reagents if made up in bulk.
Just curious, what do you mean by large numbers of slides, a drop (approx
50 ul) per slide or section is usually sufficient, and what is sold by
Vector or DAKO usually does a lot of slides.
