Re: slide/cassette label

From:Mary Stevens <Mstevens@genetics.com>

Hi Taffy,

We have both - and find they work well for our needs. They are easy to use and flexible enough for research. the only problem is that if the print is too light and can become lighter during processing and stains can cover it. This usually will only happen once (and typically to non-histo people) and they learn their lesson (no matter how much this concern is mentioned to them prior to using the labelers.) somepeople don't like them because you have to hand feed each cassette/slide - but it's not a big deal for us.

Good Morning Histonet,
I am looking for input on the Surgipath cassette and slide labeling system.
We are looking at buying the systems and would like ANY input on them.
Thanks in advance for your help, again.
Taffy Hooser
